Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken Bowl

Ingredients
  • 200g chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 1 cup cooked jasmine rice (~180g)
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Everyday Heat hot sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and cracked black pepper
  • Sesame seeds + green onion to top
Instructions
  1. 1 Season chicken slices with salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside.
  2. 2 In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and Everyday Heat. This is your glaze.
  3. 3 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. 4 Add chicken in a single layer. Cook 4–5 min per side until golden and cooked through.
  5. 5 Pour glaze over the chicken. Toss and cook 1 more minute until sticky and caramelized.
  6. 6 Plate over rice. Top with sesame seeds and sliced green onion. Eat immediately.
